SoccerEvolution.com offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on purchases of $200.00 or more with the exception of: Goals / Heavy / Bulky Equipment, Drop Ship Items (items shipped directly from manufacturer) and Team / Special Orders.
- A $10.00 UPS ground service shipping fee will be added to purchases below $200.00.
- Next day ($40.00,) 2nd day ($27.50) & 3rd day ($20.00) shipping options also available for "UPS friendly" shipping addresses within the continental U.S. for MOST orders.
- Free shipping only available within the Continental US. (Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii.)
- We can only ship to "UPS friendly" shipping addresses. We cannot ship to PO BOXES & APO/FPO shipping address.
- We can only ship to billing / shipping addresses within the 50 United States -- we cannot ship orders internationally (outside the U.S.)
- Please submit your exact billing address and phone number on file with your credit card company to avoid any delays.
- Once your order / exchange has shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking information via email from UPS.

UPS shipping service to Alaska/Hawaii - $30.00 for most orders
Goals/Heavy Equipment/Teamwear - by quote; shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and varies depending on location.
There is no UPS pickup / delivery on weekends, holidays or business days observed by UPS as holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day from Monday thru Friday.
Domestic customers will receive orders within 3 - 7 business days via UPS ground shipping service, depending on geographic location.
Shipping service options can be viewed / selected during step 2 of checkout, prior to credit card submission.
MOST overnight / 2nd day orders submitted BEFORE 1pm ET Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day -- however, we do not guarantee to ship any order the same day.
If overnight or 2nd day shipping cost is prohibitive due to size/weight of package and/or shipping location, we will attempt to contact you or ship order via next best shipping option to prevent additional delays.
Please specify if order is needed by a specific date in the special instructions area during step 4 of checkout.
All orders (including overnight orders) submitted after 3pm ET Friday will be shipped the next business day, usually Monday, unless a holiday. There is no Saturday delivery available.
We are not responsible for late UPS shipments due to weather, natural disasters or any other unexpected act of God or nature.
All return / exchange / defect shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All UPS shipping correction fees are the responsibility of the buyer -- please be sure to submit the correct / valid UPS friendly shipping address.
All shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All return shipments are processed in the order in which they were received -- most defect / refund requests are processed in approximately 10 business days.
All exchanges are shipped via UPS ground shipping service -- the $10.00 exchange shipping cost will be processed to the credit card account.
Most exchanges are processed in 1 - 2 business days and you will receive the UPS tracking information via email once your exchange has shipped.
