SoccerEvolution.com offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on purchases of $200.00 or more with the exception of: Goals / Heavy / Bulky Equipment, Drop Ship Items (items shipped directly from manufacturer) and Team / Special Orders.
- A $10.00 UPS ground service shipping fee will be added to purchases below $200.00.
- Next day ($40.00,) 2nd day ($27.50) & 3rd day ($20.00) shipping options also available for "UPS friendly" shipping addresses within the continental U.S. for MOST orders.
- Free shipping only available within the Continental US. (Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii.)
- We can only ship to "UPS friendly" shipping addresses. We cannot ship to PO BOXES & APO/FPO shipping address.
- We can only ship to billing / shipping addresses within the 50 United States -- we cannot ship orders internationally (outside the U.S.)
- Please submit your exact billing address and phone number on file with your credit card company to avoid any delays.
- Once your order / exchange has shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking information via email from UPS (UPS Quantum View / auto-notify@ups.com) -- please adjust spam filter accordingly.

Orders submitted by 4pm ET Wednesday, December 17th: UPS ground shipping service will reach all locations by Wednesday, 12/24/08 (pre-Christmas.)
Orders submitted by 4pm ET Thursday, December 18th: UPS ground shipping service will reach most locations by Wednesday, 12/24/08 (pre-Christmas.) UPS 3rd day shipping service is required for West coast customers for delivery by Wednesday, 12/24/08 (pre-Christmas.)
Orders submitted by 4pm ET Friday, December 19th: UPS ground shipping service will reach most locations East of the Mississippi by Wednesday, 12/24/08 (pre-Christmas.) UPS 3rd day shipping service is required for locations west of the Mississippi for delivery by Wednesday, 12/24/08 (pre-Christmas.)
Orders submitted by 4pm ET Monday, December 22nd: UPS ground shipping service will reach only locations in NY / NJ metro area by Wednesday, 12/24/08 (pre-Christmas.) UPS 2nd day shipping service is required for all other locations for delivery by Wednesday, 12/24/08 (pre-Christmas.)
Orders submitted by 4pm ET Tuesday, December 23rd: UPS overnight shipping service is required for all locations for delivery by Wednesday, 12/24/08 (pre-Christmas.)
There is no UPS pickup on Wednesday, December 24th.
There is no UPS pickup or delivery on Thursday, December 25th (Christmas Day.) UPS pickup / delivery service will resume Friday, December 26th.
Above guidelines apply only to orders / merchandise shipped from our location in Randolph, New Jersey, 07869. Drop ship products are denoted on site and are shipped directly from the manufacturer via UPS ground service only.

We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery to Alaska / Hawaii addresses for order submitted after 2pm ET Tuesday, December 16th.

There is no UPS pickup / delivery on weekends, holidays or business days observed by UPS for holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day from Monday thru Friday.
Domestic customers will receive orders within 3 - 7 business days via UPS ground shipping service, depending on geographic location.

MOST overnight / 2nd day orders submitted BEFORE 1pm ET Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day -- however, we do not guarantee to ship any order the same day.
If overnight or 2nd day shipping cost is prohibitive due to size/weight of package and/or shipping location, we will attempt to contact you or ship order via next best shipping option to prevent additional delays.
Please specify if order is needed by a specific date in the special instructions area during step 4 of checkout.
All orders (including overnight orders) submitted after 3pm ET Friday will be shipped the next business day, usually Monday, unless a holiday. There is no Saturday delivery available.
We are not responsible for late UPS shipments due to weather, natural disasters or any other unexpected act of God or nature.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is necessary due to an error on our part.
All shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All exchanges / returns are processed in the order in which they were received -- most exchanges / returns are processed in 3 - 5 business days.
All exchanges are shipped via UPS ground shipping service -- the $10.00 exchange shipping cost will be processed to your account.
